"I called Ram Jack Arizona to evaluate cracking that I was noticing in my floors and walls. Tim came to my home and took measurements throughout my home. He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. He advised me that my problem was heave caused by severe drainage issues in my backyard. I had a previous estimate, from another company, that advised me that piers were needed around the perimeter of my home at a cost of over $20,000. Tim advised me that no piers were needed at this time. With proper grading and removal of a large tree stump and residual roots, further damage could be prevented and may allow my existing heave to subside. The estimate for grading was much less than I had been quoted for the piers that the other company wanted to install. The grading and removal was completed in 3 days. The work men that were on the job were professional and friendly. They were respectful of my neighbor’s yards and came back to hand rake the rocks to make it look like that had never driven through the front yard. I would highly recommend using Ram Jack Arizona."
"I had several companies come out and evaluate my home in Tempe Arizona. The cost for repair ranged from $24,000 for installing piers around the entire home to $15,000 for half of the home. Pat came out and did a systematic detail evaluation of the home. He was able to sit down with me and explain what was going on with the movement seen in the home and prove it by the data he collected. After having an engineer review and meet with Pat on the property, he agreed with the assessment and repairs were made to my rental property saving me over $14,000. Thanks again for a great job and going the extra mile."

“Ram Jack of Colorado resolved a long-standing problem with my home. Before Ram Jack, the patio and two columns supporting the roof were failing due to a non-retaining wall owned by the County. Ram Jack was one of four companies interviewed to restore the structure of my home. When Patrick Harmsen provided solutions through helical piers for the columns and low-pressure mud jacking for the concrete slab, I was delighted to have a solution--and a cost-effective one, at that. Patrick Harmsen, Ram Jack’s estimator, knew what would work, and proved completely dependable, always responding to questions in a timely manner and with a wealth of experience. Jonathan Struensee, in charge of a crew of seven, perfectly coordinated what other companies had said would take at least two days. In four hours the job was completed and the site completely clean. Jonathan answered all questions and kept the job moving at an amazingly fast pace. When four large trucks showed up, I thought perhaps Ram Jack was more accustomed to huge jobs. Jonathan reassured me that Ram Jack routinely handles residences. Every interaction with Ram Jack of Colorado has been one of integrity. Everyone did exactly what they said they would do, from the office through job execution. I am recommending Ram Jack of Colorado to everyone.”

"I had a large hump in the center of the dining room. Pat reviewed the entire home asking lots of questions and looking at everything about the home. He suggested that a tree root was pushing up on the floor and recommended cutting into the floor in the area of the hump. After cutting through the floor a 6-inch diameter tree root was found and removed and the floor patched. Thanks for being honest and saving me THOUSANDS of dollars. When I have a problem, I will only use Ram Jack of Arizona."

"Tim S. came out to my house and took measurements and information needed to secure my homes foundation. He then sat down with me and explained all information so that I could understand what was happening with my home. Tim S. and Ramjack and Straightline employees were great to work with. Having to place piers under your home is extremely expensive and I would not have gone with a company that I did not trust. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for the great job done."

"I had pulled the carpet up and found a crack running around the perimeter of my home and it worried me. Pat came out took measurements and reviewed the home. He took his time and explained how the floor stem wall and foundation was constructed and even had diagrams that explained the construction. He also explained the cracks in the homes floors that were straight lines and turned at 90 degrees and what they were. Everything he said made sense and put my mind at ease. What made this so great is that another company was trying to sell me thousands of dollars of repairs and could not explain anything they saw in the home. Pat, thanks for your honesty."

"The excellent care and professionalism we were shown was beyond compare. Tim Appel, represented, Ram Jack of NM, with marks of high integrity. He came out to our home and assessed what we feared was a crack in the foundation in our home. He immediately assessed the areas of concern and relieved our anxiety with a complete explanation he didn’t believe we had a problem. He explained why he felt there was no reason to be concerned, we did schedule an appointment for him to return and do a water mark test to determine whether his assessment was correct. Tim returned on schedule, performed the test, and proved his initial assessment was correct. We realize that the test could have concluded either way, the reassurance that it would probably not ever a problem for us was met with gratitude. He also gave us some valuable advice as to how to ensure our property could be prepared to direct the water flow away from the home. We appreciate his concern and professionalism and would recommend him, to anyone that would be in need of foundation repair work."
